1) About iCare India
iCare India provides device fix and related services. iCare India is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Apple Watch, and AirPods are trademarks of Apple Inc.
2) Quotes and fixs
- Any quote provided is an estimate based on the information you share and may change after diagnostics.
- The timelines depend on device condition and parts availability.
- We will explain the work to be performed and any available part options before proceeding.
3) Service warranty
Warranty options may be available for certain fixs. Warranty terms (including duration and coverage) vary by service and are provided at the time of fix and/or on your invoice. Warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage after service, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
4) Device condition and data
- Please back up your device data before service. The processes may involve testing, resets, or software actions.
- We are not responsible for data loss unless caused by our negligence.
- Some devices may have pre-existing issues that cannot be fully resolved by fix.
5) Payments
Payments are due as communicated at the time of service. We may request a deposit for certain fixs or parts orders.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCare India will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
